Kryvyi Rih Agglomeration

A portfolio built for coordinated action

The Kryvyi Rih Agglomeration is a voluntary framework for intermunicipal cooperation among municipalities forming an interconnected functional area. The term *agglomeration* is used here in a functional and territorial sense and does not imply a separate tier of government, institutional hierarchy or subordination among participating municipalities.
